Today, Zhang Dengqin, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Working Committee of Longyan High-tech Zone (Economic Development Zone), together with personnel from the Enterprise Service Center and other departments, visited Fujian Longmei Medical Devices Co., Ltd./Fujian Yunge Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. to conduct inspections and research activities.
Under the comprehensive introduction of the company’s general manager Liu Senmei, the visiting leaders had an in-depth understanding of the production and manufacturing process of our company’s spunlaced non-woven fabrics.
During the conversation, Liu Senmei introduced in detail our company’s development history, technological innovation and market prospects in the field of spunlace nonwovens, and emphasized that our company attaches great importance to product quality and innovation. Subsequently, the research team visited our company’s second-line project under construction and fully understood the project progress and future plans.
The production line has the ability to simultaneously produce spunlace PP wood pulp composite non-woven fabrics, spunlace polyester viscose wood pulp composite non-woven fabrics and spunlace degradable and flushable non-woven fabrics. During the production process, recycling is achieved and zero wastewater discharge is achieved. The production line is equipped with high-speed, high-output, high-quality carding machines and composite circular cage dust collectors. It adopts “one-stop” and “one-click” full-process automated production, and the entire process from feeding and cleaning to carding, spunlace, drying and winding is fully automated. The daily production capacity reaches 20 tons, which can provide more high-quality spunlace non-woven fabrics for the growing market demand for raw materials.
The visiting leaders fully affirmed the achievements of our company in technology research and development and production management, and put forward valuable suggestions on issues such as supervising on-site construction safety and paying wages to migrant workers. This survey not only promoted communication and cooperation between enterprises and local governments, but also provided useful guidance for the company’s future development.
